Job Description
S Cares Services Pvt Ltd (SCS) is expanding its Bengaluru HR Recruitment Team and is looking for enthusiastic freshers to begin their careers in Human Resources and Recruitment. The role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, IT and Non-IT hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interview processes.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring-related documentation.
Coordinate with senior HR and recruitment team members to understand hiring requirements.
Support candidate onboarding and joining coordination.
Work toward assigned recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Learn and apply effective sourcing and recruitment techniques.
Support the HR team with other recruitment-related activities as required.
