Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Technology)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for technology and IT hiring requirements.
Recruit for Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, Product, and other Technology roles.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand talent requirements.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Use recruitment data and analytics to monitor hiring effectiveness and improve sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, ATS data, and hiring metrics.
Support technology-driven and AI-oriented recruitment initiatives.
Ensure timely hiring delivery and a positive candidate experience.
Experience: 8–12 Years
Manager – Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions.
Manage and mentor recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and timelines.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for diverse hiring requirements.
Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders on workforce and talent acquisition needs.
Build strong talent pipelines and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Manage ATS processes, recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Analyze recruitment data and use insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Manage candidate and stakeholder relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with business objectives and hiring SLAs.

For the Manager role, candidates should have 10+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position, along with strong team management, sourcing strategy, employer branding, ATS, and recruitment analytics experience.
