This full-time role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment across design, production, retail, and corporate functions, along with HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, and founder-partnered people processes.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment across design, production, retail, and corporate functions.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, performance management, and workplace engagement initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Drive seamless onboarding, day-to-day lifecycle management, and implementation of HR policies.
Leadership Partnering: Partner closely with the founder and functional leaders on all people-related strategies and operational matters.
Requirements
Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, luxury, or retail organizations.
Key Expertise: Strong exposure to recruitment across diverse roles, employee relations, end-to-end HR operations, and labor compliance.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in a founder-led or fast-paced business environment is a strong advantage.
Core Competencies:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and practical judgment skills.
Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Capability to communicate effectively across all employee levels.
