Job Description
Global Services is urgently hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition) to lead vendor hiring, recruitment operations, and talent sourcing activities in Mumbai. The role focuses on managing recruitment vendors and consultancy partners, driving high-volume hiring strategies, developing sourcing channels, and ensuring recruitment targets and SLAs are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong BPO recruitment experience with proven expertise in vendor management and large-scale hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations and vendor management for high-volume hiring requirements.
Manage recruitment consultancy and agency partner networks to ensure a consistent candidate pipeline.
Identify, onboard, manage, and evaluate recruitment vendors based on hiring performance and SLA adherence.
Develop strategic sourcing channels through job portals, referrals, social media hiring, recruitment drives, and other channels.
Drive frontline and lateral BPO hiring requirements.
Track recruitment metrics including Cost per Hire, Time to Fill, Joining Ratio, and Early Attrition.
Partner with Operations Leaders to forecast manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Conduct or coordinate final candidate interviews and assessments.
Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining coordination.
Build strong relationships with recruitment vendors and internal stakeholders.
Lead recruitment initiatives and ensure timely achievement of hiring targets.
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, vendor performance, and recruitment efficiency.

Experience: Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / HR, preferably in a BPO environment
Compensation: ₹37,000–₹38,000 Net In-Hand per month
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred
