Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment and/or RPO assignments for client requirements
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and understand hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently
• Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
• Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent communication
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or RPO with client-facing exposure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously
• Immediate joiners preferred
