Job Description
TriTech Innovation is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support its HR and Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. This is a 3-month internship opportunity suitable for freshers, students, and recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and talent management. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals, screen resumes, coordinate candidate interviews, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records. The role also includes supporting onboarding and joining formalities, assisting with employee documentation and HR operations, maintaining recruitment trackers and reports using MS Excel, and supporting the HR team with day-to-day activities. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR and recruitment, working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office, good interpersonal and coordination skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri will be an advantage. Candidates pursuing or having completed MBA or PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree can apply. Freshers are welcome and immediate joiners are preferred. The internship provides hands-on recruitment experience, exposure to HR operations, candidate sourcing and screening experience, interview coordination experience, and an opportunity to work in a professional corporate environment.
