Job Description
Atlas Copco solutions are a key part of most industries including electronics, medical research, renewable energy, food production, infrastructure, and many more. The Senior Officer HR or Assistant Manager HR will support the Human Resources Manager in enhancing organizational capability, employee engagement, wellbeing, talent development, and performance excellence across Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Center India. The role will implement and continuously improve people processes and employee experience initiatives aligned with Atlas Copco values, People Management Guidelines, and The Way We Do Things. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, India.
Key responsibilities include Learning and Capability Development by supporting training needs analysis through competency mapping, talent reviews, and business inputs, coordinating technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs, driving utilization of Learning Link, LinkedIn Learning, Atlas Copco Academy, and other learning platforms, and monitoring learning effectiveness, participation, completion, and training records. Employee Wellbeing responsibilities cover planning and coordinating physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing initiatives, promoting awareness and participation in wellbeing programs and resources, and monitoring feedback and program effectiveness. Employee Engagement and Culture duties involve executing the annual employee engagement calendar, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, recognition, inclusion, culture-building, sports, recreation, and CSR activities, coordinating communication, participation tracking, action planning, governance, managing budgets, and collaborating with managers and employee committees.
Performance and Talent Management responsibilities cover supporting goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and related governance processes, coordinating talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning activities, promoting the Atlas Copco Talent Framework and Internal Job Market opportunities, and monitoring development actions for identified talent. HR Projects and Organizational Development responsibilities include supporting strategic HR and change management initiatives, preparing HR dashboards, reports, and presentations, facilitating awareness sessions, and coordinating with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams. HR Governance and Continuous Improvement duties involve maintaining accurate records, promoting effective use of HR systems including HR Link, Career Link, and Learning Link, ensuring compliance with HR policies and audit standards, and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitalize, and improve HR processes.
