CBNITS India Private Limited is hiring for a Talent Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract assignment with Palo Alto Networks. Location: Bangalore. Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift). Probation Period: 3 Months. Experience Required: 3 to 6 years. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can deliver exceptional onboarding and candidate experience while supporting high-volume recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, handle offer generation, background verification and identity verification processes, maintain onboarding and hiring data in Workday Recruit, ServiceNow, DocuSign and related systems, coordinate high-volume interview scheduling aligned with US working hours, ensure seamless communication between recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and candidates, support Talent Acquisition Operations and employee referral workflows, maintain SOPs, training guides and operational documentation, conduct onboarding facilitation and support talent development initiatives, troubleshoot onboarding and scheduling issues while ensuring excellent candidate experience. Required Skills: Experience with Workday Recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding and reporting, exposure to AI scheduling platforms, ServiceNow, Paradox and DocuSign, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace, understanding of candidate and employee lifecycle processes.
