Job Description
Chintamani Finlease is hiring for the position of HR Executive for its office located in Nirman Vihar, Delhi. The company is looking for candidates with experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities include handling the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role also involves creating and updating job descriptions, posting openings on job portals and social media platforms, sourcing candidates through online portals and recruitment databases, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating interview rounds with management, maintaining candidate databases and employee records, onboarding and orientation of new employees, supporting daily HR operations, preparing HR reports and documentation, assisting in payroll preparation, handling employee queries and grievances, ensuring HR compliance and policies, and coordinating with management regarding hiring requirements.
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques, understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes, ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines, proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation, and strong problem-solving abilities with a professional attitude and confidentiality.
Qualification required includes Diploma, Graduate, or MBA with HR specialization preferred.
