Job Description
Training Manager role based in Gurugram and Indore/Bhopal within the Learning & Development function of an NBFC. The position requires 5–10 years of experience in training, learning, or HR development roles. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing training programs across employees, field staff, sales teams, and leadership levels. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs through performance analysis and business requirements, developing training calendars, learning modules, SOPs, presentations, and assessment tools, conducting classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, aligning training initiatives with business goals through coordination with department heads, managing onboarding and induction programs, maintaining training MIS and learning records, ensuring compliance training completion, developing behavioral, product, process, sales, and soft skills training content, monitoring trainer performance, managing LMS operations, and supporting succession planning and employee development initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in learning and development, training delivery, stakeholder coordination, and employee capability building.
