Job Description
Recruitment Specialist role at Intellipaat, a global online professional training provider based in Bengaluru (On-site, Work from Office). The company collaborates with leading institutions such as IITs, IBM and Microsoft and operates in over 55+ countries with more than 1 million learners. Immediate joiners are preferred. The role requires minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment with strong exposure to lateral hiring and bulk hiring, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for lateral positions, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screening and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit, conducting HR screening interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, handling high-volume hiring while maintaining quality, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, partnering with business stakeholders for hiring plans and timelines, tracking recruitment metrics such as closures, TAT and conversion ratios, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Candidate must have strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, along with ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred skills include experience in sales, inside sales or business development hiring, hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong data tracking and reporting abilities.
