Job Description
Alvita Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR professional to support talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and process delivery across the organization. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, payroll and attendance processes, statutory compliance, and HR-related programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding.
Drive employee engagement, employee welfare, and workplace initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and support timely resolution of employee-related concerns.
Manage HR process delivery, including payroll coordination through Keka HRMS, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Ensure adherence to applicable HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutes and colleges to develop talent pipelines.
Support talent management and employee development initiatives.
Assist in change management and organizational culture development programs.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and HRMS data.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Support employee communication and maintain a positive employee experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems.
