Job Description
APIDEL Technologies is hiring for the role of HR Specialist on a contract basis for its Hyderabad office located at HYD11 – Jayabheri Orange Towers. The role is a 34-week contract position with 2 openings and follows a 5-day Work From Office schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities include SOP maintenance, process reviews, audits, escalation management, work authorization support, and HR compliance operations.
The selected candidate will work on writing BRDs, PRDs, and technical requirements while supporting automation and workflow improvement projects.
The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams, conducting UAT testing, managing process documentation, and supporting compliance operations.
Candidates should possess minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Compliance, Immigration, or HR Shared Services environments.
Mandatory skills include experience in SOP creation, process improvement, audits, escalations, compliance operations, BRD and PRD documentation, automation workflows, and stakeholder management.
Candidates should be comfortable working with project management tools and technical teams.
Preferred skills include work authorization or immigration compliance experience, knowledge of HR systems such as HCM and ATS, exposure to UAT, workflow automation, Agile or Sprint environments, and understanding of API or data flow concepts.
Educational qualification required is graduation in any discipline. The interview process consists of two Chime interview rounds.
