Role Overview:
Managing end-to-end HR and administrative functions for the branch office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective people management, and coordination with management and departmental stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer coordination
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave management, documentation, and exit formalities
- Support performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation
- Manage HR records, employment letters, contracts, and employee lifecycle processes
- Oversee branch office administration, facilities, IT coordination, vendor management, and workplace requirements
- Coordinate freelance and consultant engagements, agreements, deliverables, and payment follow-ups
- Liaise with management, department heads, accounts, IT, and head office for HR and administrative requirements
- Maintain HR trackers, streamline processes, and support operational efficiency
- Manage stakeholder communication
