Industry: Semiconductors / Information Technology. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR Operations from onboarding to offboarding, payroll coordination, compliance management, benefits administration, HRIS management, employee query resolution, workplace culture support, designing and optimizing HR policies and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, HR Operations, and data-driven HR practices. Experience in the Semiconductor or Technology industry is preferred.
