Role: HR Executive
Location: SVH Metro Street, Sector-83, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
About the Role:
Looking for an HR Executive to take ownership of recruitment, identify the right talent, and assist in building a strong workforce. The candidate should possess solid communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage the complete hiring process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to final selection and joining
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media channels
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary HR interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure timely closures of vacant positions
- Collaborate closely with management to assess hiring requirements and workforce needs
- Handle offer letters, joining formalities, candidate onboarding, and HR documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports to leadership
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, attendance tracking, and day-to-day HR operations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Ensure seamless onboarding and completion of employee documentation
- Maintain updated recruitment records and present weekly hiring status reports
Requirements:
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or general HR operations preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while adhering to hiring timelines
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job portals) and MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Proactive, well-organized, and results-driven attitude
