Job Description
Kamal Motors, an authorised dealer of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, is hiring an HR Generalist – Payroll & Compliance for its Nerul, Navi Mumbai location. The role involves managing payroll processing, attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, statutory deductions, full and final settlements, payroll reporting, and employee payroll queries. Responsibilities include handling statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, labour law compliance, statutory filings, audits, and inspections. The candidate will also manage employee onboarding, HR documentation, HRMS records, appointment and confirmation letters, exit formalities, recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, MIS reporting, and HR data management. Hands-on experience with SPINE HRMS and SPINE Payroll is preferred. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll management, labour laws, compliance processes, HR operations, and HR reporting.
