Job Description
S2Wmedia is hiring an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR reporting activities. The role requires a proactive and organized HR professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee HR records.
Support payroll inputs and payroll-related HR coordination.
Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Organize and support employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, MIS, and operational updates.
Support performance management processes and other HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
Location: Kalyani Nagar / Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 2–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
