The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and coordinating key Human Resources functions including recruitment and onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, training and development, and overall HR operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficient HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational HR initiatives.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, background verification, pre-employment health checkups, induction programs, and onboarding formalities. The role also involves monitoring employee attendance and leave records, updating HRMS systems, preparing monthly attendance reports for payroll processing, and maintaining accurate employee data.
Additional responsibilities include planning and coordinating employee engagement programs, supporting employee communication initiatives, providing basic grievance handling support, organizing training and development programs, coordinating training logistics, maintaining training records and documentation, keeping employee records updated, and supporting additional HR operational activities assigned by the HR Manager.
Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, accountability, attention to detail, organizational abilities, time management capabilities, and professionalism. Applicants should have knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, responsible, hardworking, capable of maintaining confidentiality, and willing to contribute ideas and support organizational initiatives.
