The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified IT candidates through various job portals and recruitment platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to achieve hiring goals. The role provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment process within the US staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified IT candidates through various job portals and recruitment platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to achieve hiring goals
Support recruitment activities and hiring initiatives
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
What We Are Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles preferred
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of US Staffing concepts including W2, 1099, and C2C
Familiarity with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ATS tools
