Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Engagement & Employee Relations, Attendance, Leave & HR Operations Management, Payroll Coordination & HR Documentation, Performance Management System (PMS) Implementation, KRA/KPI Tracking & Performance Appraisals, Statutory Compliance including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & Labour Laws, HR MIS Reporting & Policy Implementation. Required Skills: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations & Engagement, Payroll & Attendance Administration, Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC/Labour Laws), HR MIS Reporting & MS Excel, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Preferred: Exposure to Manufacturing or Engineering Industry, ability to manage multiple HR functions independently, strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
