Job Description
MachinFabrik Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR and Industrial Relations function at its manufacturing operations in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The role will focus on industrial relations, union management, labour law compliance, contract labour management, talent acquisition, employee development, grievance handling, performance management, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Industrial Relations and manage union-related matters.
Handle collective bargaining, wage negotiations, and union discussions.
Manage contract labour and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
Ensure adherence to labour laws and employment regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage talent acquisition and workforce requirements.
Drive employee development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate and timely HR inputs.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Maintain effective employee relations across manufacturing operations.
Provide strategic HR support to the Director and business leadership.
Lead HR initiatives aligned with manufacturing and organizational requirements.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 15ā18 years in Industrial Relations and Union Management
Qualification: MBA in HR / MSW or equivalent
