Job Description
AppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned and people-centric HR Manager (Operations) to lead and strengthen its HR function at its Sector 90, Noida office. This role requires a strategic HR professional with strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management, oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance, drive performance management, annual appraisal cycles, and compensation review processes, develop and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks, identify opportunities for process improvement, HR automation, and operational efficiency, ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and regulatory requirements, manage HRMS, employee records, documentation, and MIS reporting, handle employee escalations with maturity and professionalism, strengthen employee engagement initiatives, team bonding activities, and workplace culture programs, and promote HR governance while enhancing employee experience. Candidates should possess strong expertise in payroll, performance management, appraisals, compliance, HR processes, policy formulation, organizational governance, HR automation, HRMS platforms, labor laws, statutory compliance, HR audits, stakeholder management, and team leadership. IT industry experience will be preferred. Industry: Information Technology.
