Job Description
We are partnering with a leading global organization to identify a seasoned HR Operations leader who can build, scale, and transform a world-class HR Operations function within a rapidly growing GCC environment. This is not a traditional HR Operations role. We are looking for a leader who can combine operational excellence, governance, transformation, technology, and employee experience to create a future-ready HR service delivery organization. Key responsibilities include leading large-scale HR Operations, Shared Services, or Hire-to-Retire (H2R) functions, building and scaling HR operating models within GCC environments, driving governance, compliance, payroll, audit, and operational controls, leading HR transformation, process excellence, automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives, managing HR technology ecosystems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and similar platforms, ensuring service delivery excellence with a focus on employee experience, SLA and KPI governance, and managing global stakeholders, COEs, HRBPs, and cross-functional leadership teams. The role also requires driving organizational change, standardization, and operational maturity. Ideal backgrounds include HR Operations Head, HR Shared Services Leader, Global HR Operations Leader, GCC HR Leader, H2R Operations Leader, HR Transformation Leader, People Services Leader, and HR Service Delivery Leader.
