Job Description
Tek9 Inc. is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - GCC & RPO for its Hyderabad location. This is a full-time opportunity for experienced talent acquisition professionals with expertise in Global Capability Center (GCC) hiring and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) delivery models. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring forecasts, develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business and client objectives, and provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring trends within the Hyderabad talent market. Responsibilities include supporting hiring across IT, Digital, Analytics, Finance, and Operations functions, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, handling lateral, leadership, and niche skill hiring, driving campus and bulk hiring initiatives, and ensuring compliance with talent acquisition processes, SLAs, and organizational standards. The role also requires managing end-to-end RPO engagements for global clients, acting as a single point of contact for hiring needs and escalations, delivering against hiring targets, KPIs, and SLAs, building strong client relationships, and driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC regions, conducting intake calls, preparing hiring dashboards and reports, building talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and social sourcing channels, performing competitor mapping and talent research, sharing compensation and talent market insights, strengthening employer branding, ensuring a positive candidate experience, supporting diversity hiring initiatives, and participating in job fairs and hiring events. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience. Experience in GCC hiring and RPO delivery models, technology and digital hiring expertise, and experience managing high-volume or client-driven recruitment environments are essential.
