The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout, screening resumes and conducting initial HR discussions, coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networking channels, scheduling interviews, managing stakeholder coordination, maintaining candidate records and recruitment trackers, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in IT Subcontracting Recruitment will be preferred.
