Job Description
Avillion Farms is hiring an HR Payroll & Compliance Executive for its BTM 2nd Stage, Bengaluru location. Avillion Farms operates in the Real Estate industry and specializes in luxury villa and farmhouse development, creating premium residential communities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, statutory compliance, employee records, onboarding processes, and HR administration.
Payroll Management responsibilities include processing monthly payroll accurately and on time, verifying attendance, leave, overtime, and salary inputs, generating payslips and payroll reports, handling Full and Final Settlements (F&F), and coordinating salary disbursement with the Finance team.
Compliance Management responsibilities include managing PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filing of returns and compliance reports, maintaining statutory registers and employee records, coordinating with auditors and compliance authorities, and ensuring adherence to labour laws and company policies.
HR Operations responsibilities include employee onboarding and induction, maintaining employee documentation and personnel files, preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents, supporting employee engagement activities, and updating and maintaining HRMS records.
Candidates should possess strong expertise in payroll processing, PF, ESI and PT compliance, labour law compliance, HR operations, employee documentation, audit coordination, MS Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and HRMS software. Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is mandatory. Familiarity with Karnataka labour laws will be preferred.
