Job Description
Lions Workforce Solution is hiring a MIS cum HR Executive for its Noida Sector 63 office. The organization is looking for a smart and enthusiastic professional with strong MIS skills and a basic understanding of HR functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for MIS reporting and data management, payroll processing, attendance management, HR operations, employee documentation, compliance support, record maintenance, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle management activities. Key responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and attendance processes, assisting with recruitment activities, managing HR documentation, and ensuring accurate data management across HR functions. Candidates should have good knowledge of MIS reporting and Advanced Excel along with an understanding of payroll, compliance, and HR operations. Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. Freshers are welcome to apply, however internship experience in HR and MIS is mandatory.
