Outpace Consulting is hiring for one of India's leading IT & Consulting organizations (Client: TCS) for the position of International HR Services Team Lead. This full-time Band 4 role is based in Mumbai and offers an opportunity to lead international HR operations across global geographies. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring International HR Services Associates and HR Operations teams, managing team performance, workforce planning, and 24x7 shift operations, overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle management for international geographies, ensuring timely and accurate HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow, handling escalations and collaborating with global stakeholders and HR Business Partners, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, compliance audits, and quality metrics, driving process improvements, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and operational excellence initiatives, and ensuring compliance with international HR policies, audit standards, and data privacy requirements. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience supporting international geographies, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead or Supervisory role. Strong expertise in Workday (Core HR, Letter Generation, Contracts, Compensation and Absence Management), ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools, HR processes, compliance, and documentation standards is required. Experience running Python scripts for automation of employee filings, audits, and letter generation will be considered an added advantage. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, quality control, compliance awareness, and the ability to manage high-volume HR operations effectively.
