We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional with a strong track record in hiring Sales and Leadership talent across industries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong market intelligence capabilities, and prior experience working in a multinational organization.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Commercial, and Leadership-level positions.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Drive sourcing strategies through market mapping, talent research, competitor analysis, and direct sourcing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and interview coordination.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Provide market insights, talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring intelligence to stakeholders.
Drive strategic hiring projects and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
5 to 12 years of recruitment experience.
Proven expertise in Sales Hiring and Leadership Hiring within Non-IT domains.
Strong market mapping, talent intelligence, and research capabilities.
Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience working with a multinational corporation is mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
