We are hiring an HR Recruiter Lead for our Pune and Mumbai locations. This role is suitable for recruitment professionals with experience in BPO hiring, Non-BPO hiring, volume hiring, and team management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive recruitment performance while leading a recruitment team.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, mentor and guide recruiters, and ensure hiring targets are achieved within defined timelines. The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, onboarding, and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple hiring requirements.
Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team.
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.
Track hiring targets and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Manage onboarding activities and joining formalities.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk hiring, volume hiring, BPO hiring, or general recruitment.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment portals, sourcing channels, and talent acquisition processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Team handling experience will be preferred.
