Job Description
Zoo Media is hiring an Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition to take complete ownership of hiring across multiple business functions and group companies. This is an Individual Contributor role designed for professionals who enjoy building teams, solving hiring challenges, and delivering recruitment results in a high-accountability environment. The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment for advertising, media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, creative, and marketing positions. Responsibilities include sourcing and attracting high-quality talent, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure, talent pipeline development, and managing multiple open positions simultaneously. Candidates should have strong experience hiring within the advertising, media, digital, influencer marketing, creative, and marketing ecosystem. Agency recruitment experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional sourcing capabilities, strong stakeholder management skills, excellent candidate engagement abilities, and a proven track record of successful offer closures. Candidates with a strong professional network within the media and advertising industry will be highly preferred.
