DISA Consulting is looking for a dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter with ERP hiring experience to join its growing team. This is a remote opportunity, however the selected candidate must be willing to travel to the Alwar office once every month. Preferred candidate locations are Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, and Alwar. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for ERP and IT positions including SAP, Oracle, Development, Testing, Cloud, Support, and related technology roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and job portals, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines and follow-ups, understanding hiring requirements, and delivering quality profiles within timelines. Candidates should have 1-3 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience along with hands-on experience hiring SAP and Oracle professionals. Strong sourcing, screening, communication, stakeholder management, ATS, and job portal experience is required.
