Job Description
Morpheus Human Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Recruiter (Sourcing) for its Mumbai office. The role is focused on recruitment and talent acquisition activities across assigned positions within a fast-paced hiring environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee references, and consultancy networks. Responsibilities include screening resumes, shortlisting candidates based on job requirements, conducting telephonic interviews and initial assessments, coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, following up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining formalities, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. The role also includes coordinating with external consultancies and recruitment partners, ensuring timely closure of positions within defined turnaround times, preparing recruitment reports, sharing hiring updates with management, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Candidates should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques, experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms, good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously, and basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
