Job Description
ArivuPro is hiring an experienced HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment and talent acquisition across its growing education and training businesses. This is a full-time opportunity based in Koramangala, Bangalore with immediate joining preferred. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, sales, operations, marketing, and corporate functions. Key responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and campus hiring initiatives, coordinating with business leaders for manpower planning and hiring targets, conducting candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities, building talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements, driving employer branding initiatives, improving candidate experience, tracking recruitment metrics, and enhancing hiring turnaround times. Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources, strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities, experience hiring across multiple business functions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced growth environment. Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, or Services sectors will be preferred.
