Job Description
Motherson is hiring a US Payroll & HR Time Entry Associate for its Noida location. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee timesheets, attendance records, and payroll inputs, processing regular working hours, overtime, shift differentials, and special pay codes, monitoring attendance exceptions, missing punches, and timecard discrepancies, and administering Leave of Absence programs including FMLA, Medical, Personal, Military, Parental, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability leaves. The role also involves coordinating with employees, managers, HR teams, and leave management vendors, maintaining employee records and updating HRIS systems accurately, responding to employee queries related to payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and leave administration, and ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and company policies. Candidates should have experience in US Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits Administration, or HR Operations. Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Leave Administration, AD&D, and Life Insurance Programs is required. Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, Kronos, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role offers exposure to end-to-end US Payroll and HR Operations in a dynamic global environment with learning and development opportunities. Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering sector.
