Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for a large engineering organization with 4500+ employees. The role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, leading technical hiring, leadership hiring, and volume hiring initiatives across the organization. The selected candidate will partner closely with Business Heads, Plant Heads, and CXO-level stakeholders to drive workforce planning and talent acquisition goals. Responsibilities include driving recruitment analytics and reporting, managing talent acquisition team performance, implementing hiring governance processes, overseeing vendor management, campus hiring programs, and employer branding initiatives. The role will focus on improving hiring quality, enhancing candidate experience, increasing recruitment efficiency, and ensuring successful talent delivery across business functions. Preferred industry background includes Engineering, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, EPC, Automotive, Electrical Equipment, Infrastructure Engineering, Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing, and Industrial Automation sectors. Required skills include Leadership Hiring, Technical Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Stakeholder Management, Recruitment Analytics, MIS Reporting, Employer Branding, Vendor Management, ATS Management, and Recruitment Technologies. Qualification preference includes a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology and an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
