Job Description
Aletheia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Executive for its Malad West, Mumbai location. This opportunity is suitable for HR professionals with 1-3 years of experience, preferably from the IT industry, who are passionate about HR operations, employee management, and organizational development.
The selected candidate will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, attendance management, leave administration, HRMS management, payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, HR compliance activities, PF compliance, ESIC compliance, labour law compliance, performance appraisal support, attrition management, administration activities, and project coordination.
The role requires managing employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR records, supporting employee relations initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and experience handling HR operations in a dynamic work environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with IT industry experience and exposure to HRMS systems, payroll coordination, employee engagement programs, compliance management, and employee relations activities.
