Job Description
ITUS Sports and Safety Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support Human Resources and Administration functions. The selected candidate will manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Responsibilities include preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters, maintaining employee records, HR documentation and MIS reports, coordinating employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers and exit formalities, addressing employee queries, and supporting daily HR operations. The role also includes collecting attendance and payroll inputs, coordinating payroll-related documentation, maintaining records related to PF, ESI, Insurance and statutory compliance, and supporting compliance documentation and audits. Administrative responsibilities include managing day-to-day office administration activities, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, stationery, pantry and office supplies, maintaining company asset registers and inventory records, coordinating travel bookings, accommodation and vendor management, and ensuring smooth functioning of office facilities and workplace administration. The candidate will also support employee engagement activities, celebrations, welfare initiatives, employee communication and HR programs. ITUS Sports and Safety Pvt.
