Job Description
Synergiz is hiring an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, SOP compliance, audit support, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to work in a regulated and compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
Prepare offer letters and manage candidate joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and documentation as per approved SOPs.
Execute employee onboarding in accordance with HR SOPs and company policies.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation.
Issue appointment, confirmation, internship, experience, and other HR-related letters.
Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records as per audit requirements.
Manage attendance, leave, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
Manage internship programs, evaluations, and performance tracking.
Address employee HR queries while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with internal communication and employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR activities are carried out in accordance with approved SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Implement, monitor, and update HR SOPs related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Maintain HR documentation and records for internal and external audits.
Support audit activities by providing accurate and SOP-compliant HR records.
Conduct induction sessions covering HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and deductions.
Support payroll processing and salary disbursement activities.
Assist with PF, ESIC, PT, labour law, and other statutory compliance activities in coordination with Accounts and external consultants.
Maintain statutory compliance records as per regulatory requirements and company SOPs.

Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources; BBA / B.Com or any graduate with relevant HR experience
Industry Preference: CRO / Pharma / Clinical Research
Freshers: Candidates with strong HR internship experience may apply

Mandatory Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HR SOPs and compliance-driven HR processes.
Ability to work effectively in a regulated and audit-focused environment.
Willingness to work beyond regular hours by up to 1 hour based on business requirements.
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts if implemented in the future.
Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
Minimum 3-year commitment to the organization is mandatory.
Preferred Profile: HR professionals with 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Candidates with CRO, Pharma, or Clinical Research experience will be preferred. Freshers with strong HR internship experience may also be considered.
