Job Description
Nexylum Global Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join its growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing top technical talent, and successfully supporting staffing requirements for direct clients and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through various job portals and networking platforms.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements for direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation, rate confirmation, and employment terms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal databases.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while meeting client requirements and deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on US staffing trends, recruitment strategies, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and Implementation Partners.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations including US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN Visa.
• Experience recruiting across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, and ERP platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience handling niche and senior-level IT positions.
• Strong candidate network within the US IT market.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment automation tools.
• Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
