Job Description
Deliveryplus is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations in Gurgaon. The role will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, and background verification.
Handle pre-onboarding and joining formalities, employee documentation, HRMS entries, induction, and policy briefings.
Support performance management processes including KRA/KPI tracking, appraisal cycles, and performance reviews.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including induction and compliance training.
Draft, implement, communicate, and periodically update HR policies and processes.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and address employee grievances and day-to-day HR queries.
Support manpower planning, headcount tracking, and HR MIS reporting.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure HR processes are completed within defined timelines and in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
Support initiatives focused on building a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.

Experience: 4–6 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Notice Period: Immediate / Serving Notice / Less Than 15 Days
Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head
Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA-HR preferred
