The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for the organization's growing team. The role requires ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement while maintaining compliance with Indian labor laws and tax regulations.
Key responsibilities in payroll processing include processing monthly payroll accurately and on time, calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, allowances, and deductions, and preparing salary slips and pay statements.
Under compliance and taxation, the candidate will ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and other payroll laws. Responsibilities also include preparing and filing payroll tax reports and payments, calculating and reconciling payroll tax and group tax, and staying updated on changes in payroll regulations and labor laws.
The role involves maintaining and updating employee payroll records and MIS/HRIS data, preparing monthly attendance statements, reconciling leave records, generating payroll reports for management review, resolving payroll discrepancies, and preparing monthly General Ledger wages journals.
The Payroll Executive will respond to employee payroll queries, coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy, liaise on appointments, terminations, and remuneration matters, and ensure receipt of supporting documents for Full and Final Settlement processes.
