Plant HR Executive

Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Copiam Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Plant HR Executive to independently manage Human Resources operations, statutory compliance, audits, and employee relations at its manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete HR Generalist activities for the manufacturing plant
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and statutory requirements
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate and manage internal as well as external audits
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns
• Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, and workforce analytics
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives
• Collaborate with plant management to ensure smooth HR operations
• Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to company policies
Preferred Industry Background:
• Manufacturing
• FMCG
• Food Processing
• Jaggery Manufacturing
Desired Profile:
• MBA, MSW, or PGDM in Human Resources
• 3–5 years of experience in Plant HR, Compliance, and Audit functions
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
• Experience in independently handling audits and compliance documentation
• Ability to manage plant workforce operations with minimal supervision
• Strong employee relations and grievance-handling capabilities
• Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
