Job Description
Optiemus Electronics Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive/Sr. Executive to manage Employee Life Cycle activities, Training & Development, Training Need Identification, KRA/KPI Management, Audits, ISO Documentation, and Customer Compliance activities. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in HR operations, learning and development, compliance management, and performance management within the EMS industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee life cycle including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and prepare annual training calendars.
Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
Develop, monitor, and track employee KRAs and KPIs.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Maintain ISO documentation, SOPs, policies, and compliance records.
Handle customer audits, compliance requirements, and corrective action plans.
Prepare HR MIS reports, training reports, compliance dashboards, and audit trackers.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Manage event planning and coordination activities.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
Experience in HR Operations, Training & Development, Performance Management, Audit, or ISO Compliance.
Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management.
Knowledge of Training Need Identification (TNI).
Experience with KRA/KPI frameworks.
Understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent documentation, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
