Job Description
Diebold Nixdorf is hiring a Payroll Analyst for a remote position in India. The role is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant and timely payroll operations for India-based employees. The Payroll Analyst will act as a key point of contact between employees, HR, Finance and third-party payroll vendors, ensuring payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll processing, maintaining employee payroll records, processing new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes, validating attendance, overtime and leave inputs, ensuring compliance with Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations, performing payroll calculations, reconciling discrepancies, handling employee payroll queries, supporting internal and external audits and collaborating with HR, Finance and payroll vendors to improve payroll operations. The position will play a key role in establishing the India Payroll Hub as part of the company's transformation initiative. As the Payroll Hub expands, the role will support payroll operations across multiple APAC countries and contribute to the growth of the global payroll operating model. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, payroll software and HRMS platforms such as SAP, Workday or similar systems.
