ISTA Spaces is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn, take ownership of responsibilities, and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. The position is based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, and offers a 3-month internship with a fixed stipend of ₹15,000 per month. The opportunity is suitable for freshers who want to kick-start their careers in Human Resources and develop practical skills in recruitment coordination, employee management, and HR administration. Key responsibilities include candidate sourcing, supporting recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, assisting with employee onboarding and documentation, and providing support for attendance management and daily HR operations. The intern will also help organize employee engagement activities and maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and related documentation. Candidates pursuing or holding an MBA, PGDM in Human Resources, or a relevant qualification are eligible to apply. Freshers are welcome. Applicants should have good communication and coordination skills, a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in developing their HR knowledge and professional capabilities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to recruitment processes, candidate communication, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations in a professional work environment.
