NexRevo Global is a growing engineering and project management consultancy delivering complex infrastructure and large-scale development projects across international markets. We are seeking an HR Recruiter with strong experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the hiring of technical and non-technical professionals. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, offer follow-up, and onboarding support. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for construction, engineering, infrastructure, and project-related positions. The recruiter will source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms, and screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and project requirements. You will recruit engineers, site engineers, project managers, planners, QS, HSE, QA/QC, MEP, and other technical professionals. Duties involve conducting initial candidate screening and assessing technical experience, project exposure, location, availability, and salary expectations, as well as coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Additional tasks include managing candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, offers, and joining formalities, maintaining updated candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment reports, supporting bulk hiring and multiple-position recruitment for construction and infrastructure projects, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies to meet recruitment targets while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of candidate information.
