Role Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Oversee compliance related to CLRA, BOCW, EPF, ESIC, and other labor law requirements.
• Handle blue-collar workforce management across project and operational locations.
• Maintain statutory records, documentation, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure workforce compliance.
• Address employee relations issues and support grievance resolution processes.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
• Drive workforce discipline, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of HR experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Industrial Services, or Facility Management sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, CLRA, BOCW, EPF, and ESIC regulations.
• Experience managing blue-collar and contract workforce.
• Good understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in operational and project-driven environments.
