White Elephant Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its Aundh, Pune office. This is a full-time on-site role with immediate joining. The selected candidate will be responsible for HR administration, recruitment and marketing-related support while managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle activities. Responsibilities include drafting administrative and talent requirements for business growth, sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and social media, scheduling interviews, handling onboarding formalities, maintaining attendance records, fulfilling hiring requirements, advertising job openings, sourcing candidates through emails and employee referrals, conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews, coordinating technical tests, managing offer negotiation and closure, document verification, induction, training, database management, NDA, offer letters, affidavits and employee records. The role also includes managing employee files, KYC, educational and employment documents, appraisal records, leave management, attendance, exit processes, internship letters, reimbursement records and other HR administrative activities. Candidates should have a BBA or MBA in HR with 1–3 years of experience or a strong interest in the Advertising or Marketing industry. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills are essential. Advertising Services and IT Services. 11–50 employees.
